Chief Executive Officer
Dato' Dr Nik Zamri has 40 years of experience in various façade of the Construction Project Management, as Project Manager or Chief Executive Officer. Having acquired his BSc (Quantity Surveying) from University of Aberdeen, he worked on Johore Port in Pasir Gudang as Quantity Surveyor before moving to Pernas-Sime Darby as Assistant Project Manager and Diethelm managing specialist materials installations and has Hotels, Palaces, Factories, Airports etc on his experience. He then moved into heavy construction works with the  United Engineers whose clienteles include Rolls Royse, Nestle and banks. He joined a Financial Group MBf as its Project Director and moved to LembagaTabung Haji as the Project Director of ENSTEK that was then touted to be the largest Science City in the world. The change of management strategy of ENSTEK moving from being a Science City to mixed development moved him to be the Group Chief Executive Officer of Bertam Properties, another GLC. He then spent time acquiring his Doctorate – PhD (Project Management) also from the University Of Aberdeen. He later served the President of UAE in the President’s Private Office and eventually commanded to head the Project Division of a Public Company belonging to HH the Sheikh of Fujairah managing over USD2 billion projects before returning in 2009 to help revive abandoned projects. 
Vice President, Communications  
Encik Othman obtained his B.A. in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Northern Iowa in 1984. He had furthered his studies in the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis and obtained his M.Sc. in Physics in 1984. He then pursued a career in training and education and obtained a Diploma in Education from UTM in 1988. Encik Othman served as a Graduate Teacher in Mersing and then as an Information Officer at the Johor Department of Education. In later years, he served as a General Manager of Training at the YPJ Holdings, and then at the Perbadanan Usahawan Johor Berhad. 
Encik Othman was the one responsible for the setting up of the "Classroom of Tomorrow"concept for the previous Prime Minister, and he also ran a radio talk show on ICT for the Johor state for 5 years. 
Partner, Indonesia 

Ibu Nani Rahayu is the Managing Director of PT. Rifki Raisha, a private Indonesian construction enterprise established in Makassar. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering in 2002 from Universitas Islam Indonesia, following a high school Diploma in SMA Negeri 1 Salatiga. She had served with PT. Prima Vision and PT. Jarak Pagar Nusantara prior to her current directorship position.
EIA Lead Consultant
Marine Pollution And Toxicology, Oceanography, Coastal Zone Management
Since a Detailed EIA study is mandatory for the proposed project, a very strong team of experts is required to ensure a holistic approach to the study and to ensure every aspect of the potential impacts are investigated in detail. For this Detailed EIA study, a team lead by him will be collaborating closely with Consultants and Subject Specialists from other companies and institutions in order to strengthen the internal team.

Encik Mohd Yaman Mohd Zin holds a Diploma in Technology (Engineering) from the Oldham College of Technology, England and graduated from the University of Sussex, England in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural Engineering. Encik Mohd Yaman has 28 years of working experience involving engineering and environmental consultancy, business development, project/construction management, residential and commercial development and special projects. Prior to joining SYABAS as General Manager, Water Quality Division in 2007, he had held various senior positions amongst others, as Senior Project Manager with Faber Group Berhad, Chief Operating Officer with ASM Development (Terengganu) Sdn Bhd, Deputy General Manager with Teknik Cekap Sdn Bhd, General Manager with Mercumaju Sdn Bhd, Head of Construction Division with Protellus (M) Sdn Bhd and Construction Manager for Jeddah Sewer Network Project with WWE Holdings Bhd.

Advisor, Technical  
Mr. Voutchkov has over 25 years of experience in the field of desalination and water reuse, and currently works as an independent technical advisor to public utilities implementing large desalination projects in Australia, USA, and the Middle East; and to private companies and investors involved in the development of advanced membrane technologies. He has extensive expertise with all phases of project delivery: from conceptual scoping, pilot testing and feasibility analysis; to front-end and detailed project design; permitting; contractor procurement; project construction and operations oversight/asset management. For over 11 years prior to establishing his project advisory firm, Mr. Voutchkov was a Chief Technology Officer and Corporate Technical Director for Poseidon Resources, a private company involved in the development of the largest seawater desalination projects in the USA. Mr. Voutchkov has published over 30 technical articles and co-authored 10 books on membrane water treatment and desalination, including technology and design guidelines for the American Water Works Association and the Australian Water Association.

Encik Mohd Farid Nawawi is currently the Chief Risk Officer of Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad (PAAB). He started off his career in finance with MBB. He later joined the Large Local Clients team in Standard Chartered Bank, handling a portfolio of Governmental and Institutional clients, eventually as the Head of Islamic Banking for the Wholesale Bank in May 2000. He then served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Avenue Securities Sdn. Bhd for six years. 
In August 2006, he joined MIMB Investment Bank Bhd, a subsidiary of EON Bank Bhd, in August 2006 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director until December 2008.

Encik Nik Zuraik obtained his Diploma in Business Studies in 1987 from UiTM. He has more than 30 years of experience in project management. He had completed various professional courses related to his jobscope, including Project Management - Program Evaluation & Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Path Method (CPM), project management in construction, building & civil engineering, IT, marketing and sales, communication and leadership, ISO 9000, and the Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Management Systems.

Partner, Indonesia 

Andi Nursyam Halid obtained an Industrial Science Bachelor's degree from Universitas Islam Indonesia in 2001. He currently serves as a President Commissioner in PT. Rifki Raisha, Director of PT. Nusantara Halid and Marketing Director of PT. Agro Nusantara Halid and has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and governance. He began his career as a Managing Director in Aquahilda, an Indonesian company specializing in packaged drinking water in 2001 until 2007. He then served two years in PT. Jarak Pagar Sulawesi trading in agriculture. Andi, the Vice President for the Indonesian National Youth Association, had been active in community work through his various positions since 2009 when he started as a treasurer. He is currently serving as the Wakil Ketua Umum PP Ampg since 2016, and he is looking to serve a term as a Youth Chief. Andi’s drive for growth and expansion in the water business led to the partnership with MPDT.

Mr. Sutomo began his career in 1975 with JKR, Johor.  In 1982, he studied BSc in Quantity Surveying for 3 years in University of Glasgow, and completed in 1985 . He continued his service as Quantity Surveyor in JKR, Johor. In 2006, Mr. Sutomo began working with ARKONSULT Architect firm Abu Dhabi as the on site QS for project Abu Dhabi University . He was with PB Dubai from 2007 to 2009, which involved the Global Village Dubai and MASDAR city project phase 1 in Abu Dhabi.  He left Parsons Brinckerhoff Dubai UAE in 2009 to start his own firm.
